Fed to stop credit card companies from raising rates.

  1. So when you get a credit card at 8.99% and run up a balance the banks won’t be able to jack your rate higher. But this won’t go into effect for another 18 months.

    We have given theses dead beat banks all our money and we are getting nothing. This is bull shit, damm fed.
