Hi, I am using Excel 2013 VBA , learning as i go, to chart stocks and spreads of stocks and markets. I can write multiple series to xLline chart just fine. When i attempt to write the date to the X-axis all the series data disappears from the chart. I am setting the xAxis to catagory = xLtimescale and setting a min and max date Value in cells formatted as mm'yyyy. Why would setting the axis catagory and writing the dates wipe out the chart data series? I have seen this problem mentioned on the web but find no solution. Easy fix? Thanks.
