first time i heard of the hanging man candlestick but look at IWM, SPY, and DIA daily chart. not so much on QQQ. from what i have read, can be a shorter term indication of market direction. as with any formation, price action following will help paint a better pic.
Ammo, Asked this on another thread but its in the weeds. Do you know of an end of day Market Profile scanner for say all sp500 stocks ? Something like....scan for stocks that closed at a cleave or ledge. Thanks.
no,don't think the market profile users use those marks, don't know why ,they seem to focus on the nips,or poc's is there term ...you can look up the spx,dow trans, nas as weighted and look at there leaders and look at those stocks to narrow your search
That's about what I have begun to do on a regular basis with TOS. Was hoping for a retail level commercial scanner/filter for this purpose. Thanks again.
I went to bed with a headache and woke up with psychic trading superpowers, and a new form of martial arts to fight zombies.
flatttened at 43.75,exp week,no follow thru to downside on what might have been a major res in spx,no follow thru lowers odds of it being res, es building a ledge at 44-45 that will have to b taken out
