http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=amEgiffJYBYE&refer=home Education is very inefficient. One buys.... housing clothes autos tuition food buildings teachers premium brands job searches books paper writing materials computers social scaling job time/class time etc.... etc.... THE INTERNET Thus there is a great need to make it an efficient process. What would eliminate most of the above costs, would be a full educational internet experience. As long as there is a computer system and a broadband internet connection, the same experience could be made available to whomever logs on.... Thus the point being that it is possible to dramatically cut the costs of quality education, while making an incredible upward change in no child, teenager, adult left behind.... Thereby also resolving the education issue throughout the world. All languages....All colors....All incomes.....
Education is not a video game. You cant expect kids to sit infront of a screen for 8hrs/day and expect them to learn something. There are all kinds of nutjobs out there with stupid theories.
http://www.ed.gov/offices/AC/WBEC/FinalReport/index.html It has been well documented that the US Government has made inferences that they would make the internet the centerpiece for better education as is mentioned even in 2000. Perhaps the old ways of education will transcend into the new. Wilbur and Orville Wright were laughed at for wanting to make a flying machine. How stupid of them. Indeed idiocy will always be a dominate item amongst the Doubting Thomas Crowd when it comes to new innovation.
P.E. will never be the same again. "Virtual Dodgeball" Mr. Woodcock will not be pleased... While we're at it, let just hook ourseleves to feed tubes so never have to leave our homes, ever again. I always thought most of you smelled really bad anyway...and the germs you people spread.
As opposed to trading, where you sit in front of a screen for 8 hours a day and try to learn something about what the market is doing? And your point is????
