if tomorrows jobs report is good,i really think this market i going to rally much more. weather or not this recovery(if that what you call i) is for real,is a mystery but i do know the market will run. lots of money is on the sideline waitin for more confirmation and its january,a new year and new investments. of course it has to be a good number. you have to look at this logicaly; all the other data has ben ok and this will confirm that data as well as confirm that lasts month number wasa luke. lets wait and see,maybe its bad,i don't know but i do know this market has legs if its good. AAP to 400.
I can see the dow going to 14500 easy. However, the money on the sidelines...will not pile back in. The smart money is gone ..PERIOD. The hopes that this money coming back is a pipe dream. How do I know, because I'm on of the many Private Equity Guys that took the money to Brazil, China, Indonesia, and other areas as well as Physical Oil Drilling and Mining for Rare Metals. That money is tied up, not coming back and the profits are rolling into other assets globally. The only money to flow in, IMHO is a very small % of 401k managers that went to cash....as they can't short. However, mark my word, when compairing the inflex of money into this BULL MARKET comparied to outflows that started in 07. .....Out flows will Trumpt all else. However, there is one way the US can have new capital flow back into the US...if they allow clients like mine to roll profits back into the US without Taxation. Otherwise....have fun trading this low volume BULL controlled by HFTs and Banks.
