Sorry, I am bad at arithmetic I was thinking 2 weeks 5 days, but its 1 week 5 days. My humble apologies
the name of the thread"will double in a month" ,so welcome to check it in 2 weeks, your conclusions are too early
i don't know if you live in some kind of a dreamworld, that you expect same moment you open a trade it will be in profit and continue to grow
Sorry, I can't keep my mouth shut any longer.... But you are in a 37% DD...which you mislead all of us...You said you did not get these kind of DD's... Do you remember, or would you like me to go dig up the post...
At this point, it looks like a gamble on the JPY and CHF. Lot's of data coming out in Japan this week that will make or break you. On Feb 27 we get Industrial Production, Large Retailers Sales, Retail Trade, and Retail Sales. On Mar 2, Workers' Household Spending, Tokyo CPI, National Consumer Prices, National CPI excl. Fresh Food As for the dreamworld I live in, it is one that I will survive in. Better to take a small loss every once in while and be able to trade tomorrow than to never take a loss and eventually get wiped out when my broker closes the trade for me because I don't have any more margin. I do not expect every trade to be a winner immdiately, but I also don't expect to risk more than twice the most I expect to make. Let's reconsider who is living in the dreamworld. See the thread title. I'm not saying it won't happen (although I do doubt it), but you could be wiped out on any given day. Too much risk.
Here was one vague comment in bold below. 37% DD is HUGE...but I expected this.... as the amount of leverage that you use is gambling. Its HOW you get there that matters bodydouble...You would have to use the amount of leverage that you are using, to make these wild claims that you make, true...which is just irresponsible. This is not a Yahoo message board...and you truly are wasting peoples time. Now you can use the excuse when you see that you are not going to make it, that we are rude and you will not continue... Michael B. P.S. You have banked 75k in balance but your NAV is at 47k....that means your UPL is minus 28k!!!!!!!! $28,000.00/$75,000.00 = 37% Drawdown. anybody who makes double surly know these precepts....
max drawdown was 7 % when i did first trade, and yesterday cause i opened bunch of new trades, the rest of the time equity was on average 60,000,principal is safe profit money is to make more profit,,so i don't count it as drawdown
