Does any of other platforms have inter-commodity One-Cancels-All (OCA) order type, similar to Interactive Brokers' OCA order --> http://individuals.interactivebrokers.com/en/trading/orders/oca.php?ib_entity=llc ? Inter-commodity means OCA order cross different future contracts (ES, NQ, YM etc).
