The Tables of this section present a more detailed analysis of credit institutions deposits than the one given in the ‘Aggregated balance sheet of credit institutions’ . The Tables give the breakdown of deposits by economic sector (general government, corporations, and households) as well as by geographical territory (prefecture) of the country.

The data are presented separately for the pre and post 1.1.2001 period.
