The military have found a new lever on the US's rather stretched economy. They only have to disconnect possible entrances to the sensitive parts and all will be ok.
My guess is they will make a huge issue out of this to garner yet more US dollars.

    Cutbacks ? Don't be silly.

Yeah - he probably broke in and stole all those plans

--U.S. and China Agree to Hold Regular Talks on Hacking--

there is shouldn't be any talk. you stole our s**t?
then we call it even. forget about those bonds you hold. wait..there is more..you own US 1 gazzilion dollars. penalties and fines

  4. Oh man, you just thought of something good.

Obama had previously warned the Chinese that this type of hacking was an act of war. We already needed an excuse not to pay China on our bonds. This could be it.

Probably won't happen, though. The lost money was paid by Mr.-taxpayer-somebody (MTS). This is a diverse, disempowered group that nobody really cares about, so, no harm done.

By the way, the previous, "largest transfer of wealth in history" was from Americans to the Middle East for oil. We should have wanted to shoot every OPEC thief in site. Nope. Both Bush Presidents were pals with the Saudi family and the others who were strangling U.S. consumers. Boggles the mind.

Parasite governments. Nowadays they're everywhere, and they look unstoppable.
