Good day Kospi traders. The market opened up and quickly filled the gap above yesterdays close. An inside bar thereafter formed, whereupon I entered a breakout trade 2 ticks above and below the high and low of the inside bar. Price broke downward, entering me into a short period.

The position is currently showing unrealized profit. Stop is a tick above the high of the inside bar. Target is 1 tick above support at 252.05.

Your anticipation for today's Kospi action is?

Woot! Target achieved. Profit per contract: 439,000 KRW. Looking to re-enter short on a pullback:

Trading really is in a dead zone today, isn't it? Everybody ate too much on Thanksgiving and is in an high-insulin induced torpor? I missed the best opportunity for a re-entry short, entered later and didn't get much as I got scared and closed the position short of the target. Another 140,850 KRW was added per contract from the last trade.

Another WTF moment. I sure would have liked to anticipate that move to the downside and gotten short. I thought the trend had reversed earlier and was headed up into market close. Anyway, we are now in the last hour of trading. What do you expect as we approach market close? Fade-up or continued weakness?

Here's the close. I guess that wasn't really a WTF moment. I think that was just a bear flag formation in a down trend.

  6. Which broker do you use to trade KOSPI futures, and where do you get your quotes?
