This isn't what Trump has been preaching for 4 years, and a lot of his base believes him.

Will you accept the outcome of a legitimate election?

  3. Secret Service Agent(SSA): Mr. President, why aren’t you packing?

Trump: I’ve decided to contest the election.

SSA: That’s fine, but you need to leave.

    Trump: I’m not leaving.

SSA: Remove yourself from the Whitehouse or I’ll remove you myself.

Trump: You can’t do that, it’s illegal.

SSA: So is failure to relinquish power after you’ve been defeated.

Trump: I will let people know of your insubordination.

SSA: You think the press is going to help you?(Grabs Trump’s ear and leads him outside the Whitehouse).

I'll take that as a No. You won't accept the outcome of a legitimate election.

  5. I made the above post before reading yours.

Of course. Any side that claims the election is not legitimate has the burden of proof and needs to show probable cause exists that material fraud exists that changed the outcome of the election.

As far as propaganda and foreign influence claims, it would not be enough, in my opinion as one could reasonably presume each side would ensure their own self interest through their respective research teams and media outlets.

  7. I don't know. In general the attempts will be made to show that certain categories of ballots are not valid and then let that determine the outcome of the elections.

And unfortunately most of the challenges will be in state courts so you cannot predict one uniform response to certain irregularities. A reasonable mind not familiar with the law might conclude that challengers must demonstrate probable material fraud to disqualify certain ballots but I cannot say that will be the case in all states. In many/most cases a simple showing/proof that the statutory requirements for a valid ballot have not been met regardless of whether fraud was or was not intended. You know you have states that have mail in ballots that require you to have your vote witnessed, and include the witnesses signature, that the ballot be placed inside an envelope-sleeve and then that be placed inside the mail-in envelope and it must be dated and received by such and such date. Every state has some combo that met or other requirements. Whether all of these must be met or the spirit of the law must just be substantially met is where the fun begins and the lawyers get rich and the days drag into weeks for finalizing the count.

Fun, fun, fun ....since daddy took the T-Bird away.

  8. I’m guessing that if Trump realizes the votes are just not there, he’ll give Joe a call, perhaps with a joke, and offer his congratulations.

Trump’s concession speech would be an opportunity for him to surprise some people with the suggestion that his supporters work with the new administration. Hopefully this speech will also be humorous. Perhaps Trump can jokingly ask Biden for a job!

If there is valid reason to suspect election affecting fraud, then by all means I would like to see Trump “Go Medieval on their asses”.

  10. Follow the money on that.

We know that Biden's brother and sister have benefitted greatly from medical supply business and services and scams based on their connection to Joe.
