    Dude, are you for real?

FDR couldn't do it when he had huge majorities, you think Biden is gonna get it done with 51 in Senate?

The fact that he says he wouldn't do it if could.

FDR at least tried and supported it.

    Tony Stark Prediction.

Dr West gets more votes than Ralph Nader and Jill Stein.

As I said, you are picking and choosing to build a narrative.

For eg, why did you leave this out?

Uninsured rate for Black Americans declined in Biden's first year in office

Or it doesn't matter? That's a lot of people.

Or all those billions in the infrastructure bill for climate change? Or how EPA is functional again? You want Desatan to run the EPA? I am sure Cornel West does, because things have to get really worse before the voters start voting for the Green Party, this was exactly the same strategy Communists in Germany used when they supported Hitler hoping people would turn to communists after Hitler fails.

I literally posted two landmark cases decided 5-4 in the SCOTUS thread.

But he did do what he said

"If elected, what I will do is I'll put together a bipartisan commission of scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal, conservative. And I will ask them to ... come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it's getting out of whack, the way in which it's being handled. And it's not about court packing."

And how many states will he win?

  8. Isn't Nader the guy whose participation in the election resulted in GWB beating Gore?

Nader even claimed credit for it in his book until he got blowback, he camped in Florida in the last month instead of trying to get more votes for the Green Party in other states but after Bush won, he and the Greens pretend they had nothing to do with it.

I think you're using tankies wrong but gave you a like for this comment anyway. Feels like I'm having the "get dreamers legalized for wall funding" debate "because dems are useless and spineless" with Tony all over again.
