Citi A Buy ?

i will be waiting to buy citi on friday . that is if :

1. coming in as a new low for the day. #1 priority

2. 24.50 area. not as important as time.

or at least not to hold it over the weekend

i am under water ,but i will hold on . my average is 24.42
