Charting Pairs

I was wondering if anyone knows of any platforms other than Esignal which will allow you to chart a pair.
For instance ko - pep or something like
.5 *ccl - rcl .

From memory, low cost charting packages that do this are amibroker, sierrachart (very difficult to set up though). Quotetracker does not do spreads. Not sure about ninjatrader.

So far it look like only CQG has the functionality I am looking for, and for the low low price of 590 USD per month.
Looks like Esig is still the front runner here.
