To paraphrase, " I shouldn't be held accountable for the actions of my staff." I guess you can just have your staff do your job, and then you can claim immunity and ignorance as your defense when something goes wrong. No leadership whatsoever. You can read the news on any day and find someone being sued or being held accoutnable for actions of their employees because the owner/manager should have known yet for Rangel it's passed off as common sense.
