  1. Hi All,

Do anybody know a good CFD broker to trade US stocks?

    Good in terms of :
    1- low commission
    2- have powerful desktop application
3- a lot of stocks as CFDs

Note: IB broker provide CFDs but most of the US stocks are not found !

If you're in the UK, LCG offer a spreadbetting account with several hundred US shares listed. I haven't been able to root out a total tally for you but if you have some particular shares as examples I can test out their list and see if they're on it.

  4. Europe - Germany

  5. Let's talk about IPOs ?
IB doesn't provide IPOs as CFDs

I've never seen any SB firm offer IPO's. Those shares don't always appear on their books until days after the float.

Saxobank,,, Very big broker, exellent trading software, minimum deposit is $2000...
Real stock trading and futures trading are also available

  8. Saxo offers stocks as CFDs that IB does not. But my impression is that overall Saxo does not offer more stocks as CFDs than IB. Saxo's commissions are also higher than IB as are margin rates etc.

Unfortunately no broker seems to offer a wider array of stock CFDs and at the same or lower commissions than IB.
