California and 10 other states, two cities SUE

  1. California and 10 other states, two cities and four environmental groups sued the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration after it announced the new fuel economy standards last year.

Is it necessary for 10 states to sue? It annoys me to pay taxes on both ends of the lawsuit and have the fools sue each other. This is like a cantankerous old married couple neither one of whom work "Here Ma, here is a blank check, sue Pa" oh and btw "Here Pa, here's a blank check defend yourself". Meanwhile, I'll keep working in case you need more money.
