I think so too. Jet Li played the father of an autistic son 3 years ago in Ocean Heaven in this sad movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJemRXBaO80
I have to confess, I've never been a fan of Kung Fu movies. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/-nGkM86e_Zs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

That Monk is a likeable guy, no? The concept of the "inner smile" is a good thing to know about, it's about healthy chi. There is a Shaolin Monastery in the Los Angeles area nowadays http://www.shaolintemplela.org/Welcome.html I'm a Bible reader type of person, that's my top document for understanding everything. Anything that doesn't fit that book is not good and demonstrably so in my experience. I don't find that the idea of building our chi has anything wrong about it at all. The idea that we have a spirit body and it's an integral part of us is quite plain for anybody to see if they look. I found a lot of information about the chakras and exercises and meditations to make them healthy with just a web search. A little work on the chakras can make more difference in one's quality of life than years of almost anything else I can think of. When it comes to fighting arts I've figured out some things. Any kind of a trained fighter is far more effective than an untrained person. Abraham took his elite unit, three hundred odd, and routed an entire army. That is the earliest recorded history illustrating how a trained soldier is far superior. Mercenaries are trained, experienced fighters that like that kind of work, are well suited for it in the first place, and they are the best. Seventy five of them have routed an army of thousands in one event from recent history. When you start comparing trained, experienced fighters from different backgrounds you aren't going to find a huge difference in effectiveness, nothing like the difference between trained and untrained.
Bruce Lee was a damn fine nunchuck ping pong player too! <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/SncapPrTusA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
