    Personal Advice
If you trade low-priced or penny stock, you should look for other brokers.
If you trade options, look elsehwere (eg thinkorswim).
If you trade forex, look elsehwere (eg Oanda).

  6. Sorry, I don't trade penny stocks so I don't know.

There're generally 3 types of plans. The first one is fixed commission. Commission is charged per trade, not per shares. However most of them are not direct-access broker. That implies you may be slow in gettng the fill. This "hidden cost" might add up.

The second one is "stepping-like commission". The calculation of commission depends on the price of the stock. Stock of different price levels have different charges.

The last type is one-size-fits-all, like what IB does.

If you trade large, most firms should offer discounts on your commission.

you mean, if use not direct access broker, we must buy stock with high price and sell stock with rather low price?

I thought useing level2 or level1, the order speed is same .
The best way is use expensive comissions another brokers level2 to check stock prices,
and order from low comission brokers level1 platform.
    right?

Or if we order from level2 platform, can we select market where stock price is most low or hight?
but if we select auto , the order condition is quite same with order from level1 platform?
