CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -- Bloomberg L.P. said Tuesday that it has reached a deal to acquire BusinessWeek magazine from McGraw-Hill Cos. for an undisclosed amount. Bloomberg said the move would allow it to expand beyond the core audience of subscribers to its terminals.
