Best stocks for daytrading

Right now I only intraday trade futures but would like to add some stocks on my screen -- so far I'm thinking the obvious, AAPL, GOOG, RIMM, CME -- what are the other GREAT stocks for daytrading

Honestly, I don't think it's helpful to try to find out what people day trade unless you believe their style is similar to yours. I trade ACI, NCX, MVK, TIE, CCJ, but I would never suggest trying to dive into those stocks until you have a sense of how the predominant movers influence the stock. I am not sure how futures move, but when it comes to equities you can't really just pick up and day trade them without a lot of studying time.

 

Big gap up on big volume in the premarket.
