I am in the process of building a website for a proprietary trading company and wanted to get feedback on what traders prefer to use to communicate during the trading hours via chat messaging. I am looking to build a custom live chat or integrate an existing software company into the site. Skype? Meebo? Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am a trader as well but never really do the online chat as many prefer it. Thanks
I will most likely go with either of the two, they both seem good. On teamspeak do you have to keep an entire window open or can you have a small message box in the bottom corner to chat?
I prefer MSN/SKYPE I NEED MORE SOURCING INFORMATION As I have someting to sell from the largest exporting nation--China
Check out: http://dimdim.com/ Dimdim is a free web conferencing service where you can share your desktop, show slides, collaborate, chat, talk and broadcast via webcam with absolutely no download required for attendees.
Ventrillo is pretty good but i do like teamspeak more. If you have alot of people on a trading floor and need to setup a server then everyone connects to it. They both would work well.
