Of course they are... no "discipline" issues. But can you get them to do what you want? (Probably "yes" if you can put enough time, effort and money into it.) But that doesn't necessarily mean "anything you can get them to do will be good/effective". It's every trader's dream to "automate the process" so that every day they can wake up, turn on the computer, go to the golf course, come home, pick up the money, and go to the bank. Doubt any ever achieve that.
Did you guys get permission from whoever owns those movie poster rights (Warner Bros./Columbia pictures et al) to use their copyrighted material to promote this service? Seriously, that is just cheesy. :-\
