Auto IE Refresher

This is an awesome program which refreshes internet explorer to as fast as you like it to. If you want it refreshed every 5 seconds then it will. I find it useful for news feeds that dont automatically refresh like FinViz.

I was looking for it the other day and couldn't find out how to activate it.

 

There's also an add-on or two that you can use if you go to FF and search for auto refresh.

 

Actually, I have been using it with Opera for at least 3 years, and it has had it as a feature for 5 years. FF had it as an add-on (Reload Every) until recently.

But the OP is right, it is a very useful tool....

As I initially said, firefox.

I would have to dig deeper if this is from an add-on or not. I do not think it's an add-on but maybe it's buried in one that I have and do not realize.

I do not use the 'reload every' add-on, so not sure what else it might be buried in.

That's an auto-refresh add-on but I do not have that installed on mine, so I think it's just part of FF now. Maybe not... Need a techie in here.

 

i have that version too. can you reload an ET page, i can't do it.

 

i think for this to work the site must have an automatic feed and ET does not seem to have that.
