No 650K. His total for the auction was 1.5MM.

  2. Hello billT,

Yes, you are doing the right thing. I would follow the same process in your case as well.

So before asking WTF is wrong with ppl, you would first go through all their rules/faq/contract etc. ? Then maybe you would understand why I asked that question ?

I'm not defender of those firms - quite the opposite - I would advice most ppl to stay away from all those - as you will also soon see in the threads I prepare about those firms. Most of them work just like classic bucket shops.

    But two topics:
1: They are not stupid and they secured themselves in the rules and contract, especially when it comes to sim exploiters (and there were both individuals and groups that were very effective in that).
2: Even the payout was approved, they could look into it more and still find the reason to reject it.

So that's why the question about playing the sim or not. As if the OP wants to pursue any legal actions - that will be crucial later.

btw: Don't need to preach me about Apex - I have lifetime ban there for evaluations after streak of regular payouts + I argued for week about the interpretation of some rules to get the rest of funds out ;] (that will be in one of the stories)

None of you know what you're talking about. APEX's "rules" as written are unenforceable and unlawful. You can talk shit all you want.

  6. Hello demoncore,

What do you mean by "APEX's "rules" as written are unenforceable and unlawful." ?

Can you please explain what this means?

    Thank you,

Either you are just a troll here or you have problem reading with understanding.

I have just a moment ago said that I argued for week about the interpretation (and meaning and lawfulness) of those rules, and I received my funds. But the thing is - I didn't played the sim. So there was no possibility to catch me on anything, there was only possibility I catch the other side.

If the guy used the sim loopholes etc. then it doesn't matter how are the Apex rules, he won't win it, as that would be cheating against even that "normal" part of rules.

Of course I don't assume he did it. Just if someone show up here, asking for "help", say 50x the same that payment was approved and just want use other people as pressure but don't provide any details. Then as for me - it looks sketchy from the other side too. I have a feeling that not everything is so pure in that story.

  9. Ok, then open a lawsuit. Should be open and shut according your logic. We all wait with baited breath for a judgement in your favor!!!

If not, shut the fuck up. It is YOU who has no idea what the fuck he is talking about when it comes to APEX.

You're literally too dumb to debate, MichaelESL.

    Paying out on production? O>K>

Paying out on sim? Not O>K>

It's unlawful to operate in sim and provide payouts as the backer would violate Federal law. You cannot internalize orders as it would represent an OTC facility which is illegal w/o becoming a registered BD like Oanda, et al.

    Now, go fucking **** ********.

HTF is this even a thing? You're arguing whether or not the client is on fucking SIM?

    IT_DOESN'T_MATTER, LEGALLY.
