Several? You must have a very liberal definition of several. Try up to 60 seconds. And this has been a problem for over a week,
the last two days were horrible for me because the MB quotes were lagging and disconnecting all the time and the thing that saved my trading was the qoutes from my backup account, which is in, guess what, Ameritrade...
yup, same problem here. it's pissin me off royally. the data is gettin stuck for 4-5 mins at a time at least.
complain to them... they gave me 40 free trades as compensation. After the failure, I purchased Marketfeed as a backup plan (19.95 mo.)... I actually like them better. At least the free trades will pay for the new quote service.
i got 30 free trades---i told them to tell me if they didnt want the 800$ a month i give to them in fees so i would no what action to take...i use the izone service...
