Getting an error message about no interface with exchange whenever i place an order.
How long has this been going on?
Well first there was no connection from 6pm until about 6:35pm.. and now I just entered an order to test but it is not allowing me to cancel it..
Connection is working fine at the moment, but I have not tried putting on any trades.
Why is the "live help" not available? Is it not supposed to open at 1730EST?
yeah you can see the quotes now but I am not able to put in (or cancel) any orders..
I understand. Have you tried calling them? I just do not get why their live help is not available?
good idea - just tried them - i got voicemail "the person you called is not available".. lol i guess it's time to move on to real trading shops..
looks like it's working now..
I have been trading FX since 5pm with no issues.
Still, very scary experience.
I would hold their feet to the fire to explain this lapse of support.
If they cannot, GET OUT....MOVE ON.
