Well first there was no connection from 6pm until about 6:35pm.. and now I just entered an order to test but it is not allowing me to cancel it..
ok.. Connection is working fine at the moment, but I have not tried putting on any trades. Why is the "live help" not available? Is it not supposed to open at 1730EST?
good idea - just tried them - i got voicemail "the person you called is not available".. lol i guess it's time to move on to real trading shops..
Still, very scary experience. I would hold their feet to the fire to explain this lapse of support. If they cannot, GET OUT....MOVE ON.
