Anybody else having TWS connection issues?

    Having problems with symbols and data fields not loading, frequent disconnects and red data indicator.

    Straigt off I should say that I have been through troubleshooting with IB tech support and the problem seems to be a poor internet connection.

    HOWEVER I just need to be sure it is not from IB tightening the disconnection settings as a few years ago IB set the TWS internet quality check settings at too high a bar even for some in US and had to adjust back down as TWS became unusable for many - not just me and people in rural Rumania.

    As the problem first occurred after weekend shutdown was wondering if they had done something like that again. Rep in HK might not be in the loop.

    Just need to eliminate the issue arising from IB settings UP rather than my ISP quality down.

    I had problems a few weeks ago - lasted about 3 days, but i think I put it down to the internet connection. Since then it has been ok....so no problems with TWS.
