Any recommendation for IB alternative?

I am very disappointed with this platform. The customer support has been abyssmal. The software is not loading charts now, etc, etc.

 

Jesse welcome to the forum. IB strength is their technology to execute trades, breadth of markets and financial stability. They are not great at charts or data.

There are plenty of people who advertise here you can also try.

Is April IB bashing month ?
1 thread out of 3 is about “IB’s garbage”.

Interestingly there are thousands of threads about lousy IB.

fortunately OP is looking for alternative.

IB has + and -.
I still use IB after so many years.

perhaps time for IB to be selective in taking in new customers.
