AMP Futures Margin or Daily Loss Limit Liquidation

Discussion in 'Index Futures' started by FuturesTrader144, Jul 9, 2018.

  1. Just want to clarify the AMP futures DLL rule.

For the daily loss limit, If my account suffers drawdown of 80% on the day, all positions in my account will be liquidated.

For example, if my account has equity of 1,000 and my position hits drawdown of 800, it will be liquidated. Is this correct?

What does the margin loss limit mean? 80% drawdown on active margin used = liquidation?

For example, if my account has used margin of 1,000 and my position hits drawdown of 800, it will be liquidated. Is this correct?

    Thanks.
