You may want to consider docker if you're looking for something to just run some process without having to deal with VPS administration in general. AWS simplifies this somewhat via EC2 Container Service (ECS). There are other docker hosting providers. There are other methods as well. Heroku and AWS Lambda as examples, but I suspect you'll find docker is more likely to be applicable. Alternatively there may be some trading platforms that effectively host your algorithms for you. I don't know any in specific, so can't offer any references. Like a hosted MT (not an endorsement of MT).
