All pending orders in multiple IBKR accounts cancelled?

100s of order, both US and non-US stock market; both Lite and Pro accounts, "No trading permissions" is given as reason, is this a bug?

 

Yes system wide issue, I have the same thing, contacted support and they're working on it.

 

Yes, I read about it earlier where it was mentioned that it is a bug. You can find a way in which this bug can be avoided.
