Moderators, somehow one of our AAPL threads has disapeared, but maybe I repeat what´s funny about AAPL: here we go again: you can place 600.000 AAPL shares without problem of having slippage of approx. 50 US cents. That´s approx. $177.000.000 in market cap. Algos are getting a problem if SMA(20) is breached. If you dump 1.000.000 shares you are generating easy-peasy several $million in profits. You don´t need to be a quant to execute this ;=)
Do the math : 44 million shares traded 2 days ago = 44.000.000.000 x 306.50 = $ 13.5 billion in "value" changing hands. Some funds are very, very wrong with their valuations....
