Yes, Cramer pitched it again today just after 12:00 EST (LEND was trading @ 8.00). He said the deal was "ironclad". The only worse stock picker in the world than Cramer is stock777. Between the two of them, they couldn't pick a winner if one said "long" and the other said "short".
