    Hi

It's the only bond fund in USD that picked my interest on Hong Kong Stock exchange , which has me keen on grabbing more than a few shares. Capitalisation is over 4billion USD but while it is a passive fund it's been lagging its reference index around 0.6% a year for a decade, despite management fee of only 0.2%.

Anyone here has input on this ? Why it is lagging the index and are there better options on HKSE ?
A while ago IB didn't allow that fund to be bought, but there are no problem I know of through HK based banks, at least those which allow one to settle its HKSE trades in USD, if it's settled in HKD than better check an equivalent fund traded in HKD.
