Missed morning session and traded very light in the afternoon.
Very happy considering I didn't have 1 winner before 3:00. Was very very close to being stopped out and worked it back to this.

Traded pretty light and cautious today.
Not too sure what happened today. Made a lot of solid trades but gave it away with stupid ones. Frustrated but learned some lessons.
Stressful day. One brain fart in one trade cost me my day. Couldn't make it back.
Red, green, red, green. Happy to finish green.
Plain and simply overtraded. If i would hav e just been patient and had some discipline would have had an excellent day.

Did the complete opposite of yesterday, started off in the green....ended in the red.
Worked myself out of the hole from this morning so very pleased with myself. Much more disciplined than yesterday.
Had an ok start first thing in the morning and then took a hit with a keystroke error. Lost all discipline after that...should have walked away...
Missed yesterday due to excessive Halloween celebration. Decent start to the month though as I felt I traded well.
Was a bit more cautious today...a little too much as i got out of a couple nice moves way too early. Still an improvement over yesterday.
Not a very good job of controlling losers today. Something to work on tomorrow.
