I know this topic has been done to death but as times change and the ever increasing changes on the equity side with licensing for prop traders, commissions, ECN fees, HFT etc I would love your take on trading FOREX advantages and disadvantages to stocks.

PS: Im too new to FOREX to know of any "changes" in that arena.

They can be either advantages or disadvantages:
higher risks, you can choose a big leverage, will not exit the market.

I haven't tried stocks yet, and its really hard to pint point the pros and cons in a single list, feels like college wehn i try to think about it, reminds me of some study cases i had back in the days

This is only the 'pros' for me personally of Fx vs stocks.

Two [major] items for me (I'm in the USA) is:
1) There are fewer currencies to research and track than individual stocks. That saves me time.
2) Starting Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon (MT), the currency sessions are open 24 hrs.
