On the DOM/LEVEL II it only shows ~10 contracts on CL at the best price. Is this all the volume in the futures market? Or can you get filled with more contracts without being slipped?

sure there can be iceburg orders, but they will most likely be pulled before giving you a good fill. If your order is not in the direction of the trend you will get a great fill
