I was wondering how I would go about setting up a trading operation on CME with Globex, provided that I already have a software with Globex connectivity iLink and FAST market data.
More specifically, I was wondering what accounts I have to get from which brokers and how expensive iLink and FAST connectivity would be and if there are other things such as membership etc that I would have to pay for. I would have to have direct market access for low latency.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My background is programming and quant, so I'm missing a bit the trading background. Explanation on how the process for setting up a trading operation on CME works, would be very helpful.
