What are you looking for? Software or people? If people, check out Alan Zenk at CTA Services US. http://www.ctaservicesus.com/
They handle accounting and some compliance stuff and has some relationships with legal. The can't handle an absolute startup but if you have a few clients already they might be a good fit.
If you just need legal and accounting let me know - I know a couple of good, reasonably priced folks in that area.
