This is like the patient i was working on few months ago who was so poor that he cudnt afford basic $50 medications for his leg ulcer and demanded financial aid to buy it.

At the same time he was very excited getting discharged before thanksgiving as he wanted to get a good deal on some plasma tv and he cudnt afford to miss it..

Seriously! 300 million euros to study the magnetic effect of sun when their own euro effect is going down the drain. ha ha. Where is austerity? We all know its gonna melt away. 300 million euros in this crisis. Im sure they can find use of that 300 million for far more immediate needs.
