I'm looking for a list of hard to borrow NYSE stocks from any of the major brokers. IB has one, but it's internal and they won't share. Penson? Others? I know the list is dynamic, and different for each broker, but I imagine they would be similar.
The list is internal, and few will share it. Also, for your benefit, there is no hard to borrow list. There is an easy to borrow list. What's not on the list, requires a locate and is considered hard to borrow. Platforms check the easy to borrow list to see if you require a locate.
