OK.... they have proof he was posting from his apt (to various sites) while he states he was hacked. Specifically FB. The guy is on FB over 30x during the period in question talking about "all nighters" producing music from his "home studio".

Not logical. He wouldn't go through the trouble of disabling proxies to post from his trading-nick. He has no need to go through the motions if he feels he's protected.
