It obviously speaks of a mental disturbance, but it's no excuse and he's apparently a user of these "images". I don't consider myself naive, but it was shocking, even knowing that it's out there.
The argument that it was for "shock value" is completely BS as you can never know their intent. If you're in possession you're summarily f*cked.

I don't know this EMR from shinola, but isn't it entirely possible that someone used his computer and IP? I have had offsite computer techs take over my machine to make repairs and they had complete control of the system. These are serious charges so before we get a rope we need to be damned sure this is the varmint who needs to swing. I do find it odd that he hasn't gotten on ET to respond. If someone would accuse me of this and I didn't do it I would be screaming like a stuck pig.
