Bad mistake in the beginning. After a winning streak. One gets sloppy. Should've waited to see what the day was going to be like. It was mostly a down trend channel day.

Bought 121.70 09:41
Sold 121.13 09:51

Another mishap in calculating the trend line. I was not conservative enough again. Spent the whole morning scalping to get some back. Tough day with zero sleep.

*Tough to stomach that one. Went the other way for a while. I just opted to get out.

**Had wrong price set in and it acted like a market order. Meant to enter in a higher short price. I just opted to get out.

I forced myself to jump in a bit. Strange when one is down big, one is more willing to take risks with a sense of urgency. Today after a few days off, I didn't feel the urgency. Made it a break even week for last week and start fresh tomorrow. Strange. Tough to make a lot counter trend trading.

Bought 118.92 10:03 Bought 117.85 12:42
Sold 118.97 10:03 Sold 117.88 12:43
Bought 118.80 12:53 *
Sold 118.82 13:00

*Almost baled out with a loss but didn't think it could go down aggressively like that all day. I miscalculated the trend line again but thought the entry was the bottom of the measured move. It overshot it. I just opted to get out of it. It went up.. way up afterwards. I just can't seem to stop taking scalps. The problem is that I focus too much at the P&L and not where the chart is telling me where the price should end up.

Gained some back. A lot of thinking went in. A lot of close calls on some miscalculated trend lines. The problem is that when the prices move, the chart moves too and I have to adjust using a crude straight edge which lead to errors in calculating entry points. Seemed like another trend down day. Just going get some rest now.

Bought 115.25 09:32*
Sold 115.32 09:33

*Glad to get out of that one. Prices moved down fast. I was looking at the P&L again with frustration. I hung in there to get out. Originally another miscalculated entry.

Another day where I missed out and couldn't bring myself to trade. Some opportunities I was too conservative and some I just missed getting in. It took 3 days to make up for Friday's loss. It was a grind for sure. Mentally, couldn't bring myself to take risks today. Perhaps I should pretend that I'm down -100 on the day as a start off.

Bought 115.26 09:55 Bought 115.30 10:23
Sold 115.29 09:57 Sold 115.33 10:24
Sold Short 115.98 11:55*
Bought Cover 115.96 11:57

*Glad to get out of that one. That's why I'm calling it a day so far. Don't want to push the envelope.

*I got really spooked this morning on the first bar up. At one point it got 0.68 above my short entry. I was staring at the P&L with large negative again over -120. I opted to get out when prices fell. But the charts tell me otherwise. The issue is that when one starts out as a consistent losing trader, one often will want to just exit out of positions to avoid losses and sometimes it works for me so I can't seem to let that go especially when my mind tells me to wait. My issue is that I can't seem to avoid looking at the P&L which effects my trading. That is the psyche factor. Needless to say, I remain a timid trader again today. I wonder at what point I am able to overcome this. I've reached my time limit for trading today. Gotta go.
