Looking at history, once a certain percentage of the population ends up idle with no work or prospects of earning a wage, things get dangerous.

ie: Fall of the Tzars in Russia etc..

We're already over 20% U6 out here in California. At the moment, people seem more interested in pot dispensaries than revolution.

Speaking of pot dispensaries, isnt funny how people have some kind of medical problem that they need to have a reason to get pot for medicinal reasons....

There is only one criteria, i.e. whether the armed forces will join in. That's when the real fun starts.
