Not that there is anything wrong with that, just found it interesting. I guess white women aren't real enough. 
1) As a washed up has been, black women are all that will go out with his scrawny little ass

2) Bill is making a "fashion statement" of sorts in that "hey everyone I'm not a racist I only date black women".
