IMO, trading is very similar to sport. So work hard to get the skills first, then money comes as a side effect very quickly.

you can relate that to lebron james. He doesn't care about money, he wants a championship ring

Being from Ohio and having seen James play personally many many times at a high school level, through the pros, followed his career with great interest till his head swelled too much and exploded, I'd say anyone in this state could tell you he is highly money motivated.

That and Mihms, Paul and Carter talk a lot to their relatives.
