I have no problem for sending to you these documents, but...
As regards the brokers:
If these statements were hard to understand for me in this past moment just when the things happened, it could be hardly to understand now.
On the other hand: What I could win with a complain? The problem was in the moment that happened that I hadn't any way to do anything, my English was worse than today and, on the other hand, I think that is the same that someone says: "To put good money running after bad money". The brokers know this, and they use it against people like me, foreigners for who is nearly impossible to start a complain.
About the cost of the currency exchange, I don't include any document because is more hardly to understand, is pretty dark, but how is possible that the cost an operation made in July was increased in october? You can read this in the mail and the answer from responsible for this issue, Alain Toscano from Mirus, recognizing this strange behave but arguing that they are right.
For me, today, the problem is to find a new broker that could give me the correct service without these problems.
As regards, the Tutor Program and the "trader" Manetti I have tried to start a complain in Spain, but the advice of the lawyers was that no way... I will win, but never take back the money because the guy created a company that today has disappeared.
For this reason I started this blog, trying that this person couldn't fool more people.

inasmuch as it is best to not reveal the identity of the owner of this contract with the apparent trading education company and one of its officers who entered into a contract but thus far failed to deliver, and; you are advised to read with caution as traders, K?
the owner gave permission to show other beginning traders the kind of suffering that he has to endured for failure on the part of the trading company to deliver....

Yeah cheers Equalizer & good you got a chuckle or 2. You're right I'd say the good traders don't need subscribers cause they make their dosh purely from the markets & leave their egos at the door 'fly under the radar'.

Hey Systrader, just to clarify, I wasn't having a chuckle at your expense. It amuses me that many of these market charlatans use grandiose titles/names/claims to lure their victims.
