10 year trading plan?
=================
Well i have looked on 10 year charts & longer & shorter.
But to put it simple,one may want to add a shorter plan also;
that way if gold stalls about $4,000, GLD @ about 400.44+/,
silver,SLV may be worth a study. Not a prediction

If you can trade those markets short-term, more power to you. Scares the crap out of me. I only see a trading opportunity in those markets a couple of times a year.
Something seems to be going on right now, but I would not do anything other than the plan above.

Firewalker-Trend
Well i do like some short term charts[daily candlecharts];
& 10 year monthly candles are quite useful.
Another medium term favorite chart is 3 year weekly;
unusually strong trend as of wednesday[weekly candles]
unusual strong trend , gold up 7 [seven]weeks in a row.
Looks like its going past $2,000;
but Goldman maybe right, price target,gold less than $2,000 .
I like to tighten up long term stops when its[gold,GLD ]up seven weeks in a row.........................................................If it still a strong trend fine,stay long . Other wise , adios amigos[goodby my trend friend]

I dont know many people that can "afford to lose" $100k. I mean...thats a pretty nice night out in Vegas for that kind of money. :P
I once lost $1,500 in 10 minutes at blackjack. I was able to able to get 1 bud light in that time frame.
So let me tell you...a $1,500 beer does not taste as good as a $3 beer at the bar, so a $100k night out in vegas is a horrible night.
